Cavolo Nero Chips


This is a recipe everyone in our house simply loves! My daughter eats the entire bowl all by herself…

And the best part is: it is super easy to make.



  • A bunch of cavolo nero (or kale)

  • Salt & herbs de provence

  • Olive oil


Cut the cavolo nero (or kale) leaves in the size you would like your chips to be. Arrange them in a baking tray above a baking paper.

Spray olive oil over the leaves then add the salt & herbes de provence. Take it to the oven at 180 Celsius for about 12 minutes. Enjoy it!
