My cakes do not look fancy, but they are certainly moist, soft and deliciously tasty :-)
Here is an orange cake for you to try. It is gluten free and dairy free.
The kind of cake you can have for breakfast or snack or anytime you want something 'sweet'.
Here is the recipe:
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 tsp baking soda
200g almond flour
Boil the oranges (don’t cut them, boil the entire oranges) until they become soft.
Take out of the hot water, cut them in half to cool off and take the seeds out.
When cooler, blend the oranges well in a food processor. Add the eggs, maple and blend well.
Transfer the blended mix into a big bowl, add the almond flour and baking soda. Mix everything. Pour the mix into a greased baking tin. Bake for 45-50 minutes at 190º C.
Let it cool and enjoy!
